Born in Mexico City in 1971. He obtained his law degree with honors from Universidad Panamericana in 1996. Postgraduate studies in accounting and finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), in economic and corporate law, commercial law and tax law from Universidad Panamericana, and business administration from Georgetown University.

Member of the International Bar Association.

He is an expert in general corporate law, national and international partnerships and joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings and entertainment business.
