Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco in 1969. He obtained his law degree from the UNAM. Postgraduate studies from Universidad Panamericana, tax, administrative, and civil law. He obtained his master’s degree in corporate law (according to the case method).

Member of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers, Bar Association (where he participates in the corporate law, financial markets, and automotive industry committees), and the Hispanic Mexican Advisory Council.

He has been a professor of commercial law and corporate governance at Universidad Panamericana. He has written several articles on financial matters and is the author of the Mexican chapter of International Secured Transactions, related to credit guarantees.

He is an expert in commercial, corporate, banking, financial and civil law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, real estate, anti-dumping, and antitrust.

He leads the firm’s corporate governance practice, which includes assisting companies in obtaining PRIME Certification.

He has a Diploma in financial technology institutions (Fintech) from Universidad Panamericana and a Diploma in information technology from the Mexican Bar Association.

He participated in the real estate law course of the Mexico City Notary Public Association. He participates in the activities of the National Association of Independent Professional Counselors of Companies.

He was recognized with the Stand-Out Lawyer 2024 distinction by Thomson-Reuters.

He is Counselor and Secretary to several institutions.
