Born in Hermosillo, Sonora in 1978. He obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Monterrey in 2000. Postgraduate studies in tax law from the Nuevo León Autonomous University.

He is an expert in corporate law, banking and finance law, aviation law, legal auditing, joint ventures, and intellectual property.
