Lawyer graduated with Special Mention from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM, as per its acronym in Spanish), in 2017. He completed specialized studies in Economic Competition at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching, Corporate Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and Corporate Finance at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla.

He has specialized in the following areas: Mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital markets and structured finance.
