She was born in Mexico City in 1993.  She obtained her law and political science degree from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus. She obtained her master’s degree in private law from Escuela Libre de Derecho. and has participated in courses related to this area. She obtained the Diploma in personal data protection from Escuela Libre de Derecho.

She is an expert in corporate law, commercial law, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
