RGR has given advise and has represented numerous clients before related authorities regarding authorization and entry into operation procedures of regulated financial entities.

RGR gives advice on the implementation and fulfillment of obligations by corporate governance bodies of financial entities and from time to time also has direct participation in the above-mentioned bodies.

RGR also provides guidance on banking and financial regulations in force in Mexico, as to mention those issued by the National Banking and Securities Commission, the Bank of Mexico, the Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings, the Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services, and other regulatory authorities.
