Goverment bids

Some of the largest purchases in Mexico are made by State and Federal governments or government-controlled companies such as Pemex and the Federal Electricity Commission, which, in all acquisitions of goods and services and leases, must adhere strictly to State and Federal laws on acquisitions.

The Mexican government started the process of privatizing the banking system, telecommunications, railways, seaports and airports, and then embarked on efforts focused on privatizing energy projects.

RGR has been involved in several government and private bids and contracts, and also has experience with the administrative procedures provided available under law for filing complaints against government agencies and authorities.
